This restaurant has a chic yet unpretentious atmosphere with minimalist decor and a beautiful garden. The owner, who is Anglo-Aeolian, can provide recommendations on the best ways to experience the fresh fish. The antipasti and primi dishes creatively use local ingredients and are beautifully presented. For instance, you can try the kamut tortellini stuffed with artichokes and served with peas and clams, or the spaghetti made from wheat grown on land seized from the Mafia, which is served with aubergines, tuna, mozzarella, and breadcrumbs. They also bake their own bread and make the best pizza on the island, using stone-ground flour. €€

This is a restaurant set in a romantic courtyard garden that specializes in classic Aeolian cuisine. They offer dishes such as involtini di pesce spada (swordfish rolls), caper salads, homemade pasta with wild fennel and prawns, almond biscuits, and malvasia wine. Although the prices may be a bit high, the super cuisine is definitely worth it. During summer, the restaurant stays open until late and the kitchen closes at midnight. €€
