Registration
The conference fee will be €120 (early registration) or €150 (normal registration) and will cover access to venues for oral and poster presentations, two coffee breaks per day, and the ice-breaker party.
- Food, accommodation and travel will need to be covered by the participants separately.
- Participants can opt to participate in additional activities (Click here to see the Programme).
- Deadline for registration: 23rd March 2024 (early), 15th June 2024 (normal)
Payment Details:
Please find below the links to the payment form where you can provide all the necessary information to pay the fee and generate the invoice. Once you complete the form, you have two options to make the payment. You can either use the direct payment link or save the PDF slip and pay it within five days of its production. Payments are managed through the PagoPa system, a digital platform offering a simple and easy way to pay the fee.
The invoice will be sent to you a few days after payment. Please save and keep the receipt of the transition.
There are still issues with payments from the USA. We will find a solution and communicate directly with participants from the USA.
Cancellation Policy:
75% Refund until 30 April 2024.
50% Refund until 31 May 2024, no refund after this date.
